We provide a One Year Limited Warranty
on the general workmanship of our homes, which is backed by a very proactive
service program. We pre-schedule
2 warranty appointments to address any non-emergency warranty items that develop...and
to simply make sure our homeowners are satisfied and excited about their
new home. These scheduled appointments allow us all to remain proactive.
To us, warranty isn't just a legal obligation. Its an
opportunity for us to make sure our homeowners fully understand how to
maximize the functionality of their home.
